See behind the scenes of the projection-mapping for Central Park Tower

The product

Completed in 2020, Central Park Tower is the tallest residential building in the world – commanding prices in the region of $7,100 per square foot, it warranted an out-of-the-ordinary marketing suite. 

Based on our mapping credentials, our creative and technology teams were commissioned to design and deliver a stand-out solution. A total of 17 projectors and a bespoke media suite were deployed. And the entire room, which measures 8-metres x 7-metres x 6-metres can be bathed in ultra-high-resolution projected imagery. 

And for One Manhattan Square, we created a custom 6-metre installation to show visualisations of the epic river and skyline views that prospective tenants could expect to experience.

The result

We worked with partners JDAV, which commissioned the Igloo work, and River Film, which produced sumptuous 8K content for both projects. 

Thanks to the immersive marketing suites, interested buyers and tenants could see how their finished homes would look and feel. Then, on visiting the actual building, it’s as though they’ve been there before.
