Our Immersive Workspaces are controlled via our super-easy interface - Igloo Home.
This enables you to access all your content, data and applications using an intuitive, super-accurate motion-tracked VR wand.
Imagine a room-scale iPhone, where the screen wraps seamlessly around all four walls - being inside that iPhone is a lot like using Igloo Home.
And, of course, Igloo Home can be branded and customised to your specifications.

To retrofit Igloo technology into your existing rooms, we use a combination of Lidar scanning and artificial intelligence to map a room, create a bespoke projection template, specify the right projectors and projection points, and configure the Igloo Media Player.

Several technology analysts say that immersive workspaces are destined to be mainstream very soon.
For example, Gartner has named immersive workspaces as a technology CIOs should be actively investigating: “immersive technologies, such as augmented and virtual reality are ready for mainstream businesses for training and immersive conference room services.”

It’s incredibly easy to create and access content for your Immersive Workspace - and becoming easier all the time.
Documents from your MS Office suite or your Google suite can be easily formatted for the Igloo. You can log right into your collaboration software (like Teams, or Slack, or Basecamp, or whatever). You can bring up your analytics tools and dashboards (like Tableau, or Emu, or Esri). You can use your preferred video conferencing packages (whatever they may be). And you can tile together several different types of content (in any formats, from any source) all at the same time.
And, using Igloo Home, it’s easy to select and switch between them all.

There are a few other immersive workspace solutions out there.
Here are ten tell-tale signs of an Igloo solution (which also acts as a useful checklist if you’re evaluating an alternative).
Using some ingenious tricks and tools (like Lidar scanning and AI-powered databases), we’ve largely automated and industrialised the installation process - making it all surprisingly quick and cost-effective:
Briefing
Igloo captures the details of your brief - including the location and nature of your spaces, and how you’re planning to use your immersive workspace
Scanning
Using a handheld laser scanning system, your rooms are surveyed using a combination of photogrammetry, canvas and sweep Lidar
Uploading
The scan data is uploaded to a secure portal
Modelling
The scan data is imported into the Igloo 3D modelling tool, which uses artificial intelligence to specify the optimum type and number of projectors and projection points (based on a set of attributes in a database)
Mapping
A low-poly model of the room and projector throws are sent to the Igloo Immersive Media Player - a designer then UV maps, adds lighting, and creates a room-specific UV template.
Virtual visualisation
A virtual visualisation of the room is sent for client sign-off (which you can view in an HMD or on your desktop using our Igloo Showroom app)
Installation
The installation team fits the pre-selected projectors in the pre-specified positions, and deploys the Igloo Immersive Media Player configured to the room-specific UV maps
