Bringing Shared VR down under

You might know that we’ve been working in Australia for a little while now - since 2017, to be precise. We’ve already delivered spectacular…
When it comes to getting your tools into a shared immersive space, there’s no better way to do it than with the Igloo Immersive Media Player (affectionately known as IMP).
That’s because the IMP is designed, from the ground up, to be content-agnostic and to make it super-simple for you to work with the tools you already use. And we’re forever extending the number of applications that work with Igloo.
The latest integration is Moata Rehearsive from Mott MacDonald.
As its name suggests, Moata Rehearsive is a powerful way to enable you to rehearse construction processes ahead of time, unlocking safer buildable design, so you can deliver right first time.
You can collaborate in your construction scenarios with colleagues joining in VR, desktop, or from an Igloo immersive space, no matter their location.
It integrates with your 3D models, BIM information, and photogrammetry meshes, thanks to native integration with Revit, OBJ, FBX.
Review and optimise with human-centric data collection tools to explore and rehearse construction sequences, optimising methodologies and time estimates.
Identify, manage and mitigate risk with a range of comment, markup and temporary works tools.
And do all of this inside an Igloo immersive environment - whole groups can get right inside your virtual models, and communicate and collaborate face-to-face.
