Contact Igloo

Igloo Vision, the leader in Shared VR and 360° immersive technology will be at VRX
Europe in Amsterdam, on 10 and 11 April 2019.

VRX Europe is the continent’s premier immersive tech event, bringing together
senior business leaders across the enterprise, consumer entertainment and technology
sectors.

Increasingly, many corporates and educational institutions want to use VR, but don’t
want to rely solely on headsets. And, as an alternative, they are looking at the
potential of 360° immersive projection environments.

Igloo Vision leads the way in providing a fully-integrated, fully-serviced wraparound
Shared VR environment. An Igloo is an all-in-one immersive technology solution,
comprising of the 360° structure, the screens, the projectors, the servers, the
surround-sound speakers and the media player. Shared VR is not a replacement for
headsets. Instead, most Igloo clients use the two platforms to complement each
other.

“We started out as an events business. But, increasingly, Igloo Shared VR is being
used as an enterprise tool, and clients include Accenture, BP, and AECOM. With an
Igloo, VR and 360° content can be shared among teams, so it’s great for simulation,
visualisation, and collaborative teamwork,” says Jake Rowland, Head of Business
Development.

Igloo Vision is taking one of its 6-metre projection cylinders to VRX Europe. The company will showcase a selection of 360° simulation, visualisation and experiential
content at the event.

Come and experience Shared VR for yourself if you are lucky enough to be attending
VRX Europe!
