At Igloo, all our software is developed inhouse by our incredible software team - they’re constantly working on new features for clients of our immersive technology. And one tool they’ve found particularly useful for this development is the open SDK from NDI.
Recently, our Head of Software, Harvey Buchan and our Head of Asia Pacific, James Sheridan, joined the NDI.tv team to talk about just how we’ve put NDI to use in a wide range of use cases.
For example, it’s been super useful in developing our immersive video conferencing setup for several Igloo clients, alongside our own easy-to-use interface for remote lectures. And for clients using Igloo systems for collaboration, the NDI Scan Converter tool has helped to make it incredibly simple for colleagues to share their laptop screens to the vast Igloo screen.
And you might remember our blog post expanding on how the NDI-enabled cameras from BirdDog have been used in several installations too.

And, as ever, be sure to get in touch if you'd like to learn more about the Igloo software suite.
